Please read the full terms and conditions carefully before using this platform — it is important to have a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities.
1 Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ac444 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you"). By registering on ac444, creating an account, or starting to use the service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.
These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and the most recently published version is in effect. ac444 reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as your consent to the updated Terms.
2 Account Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use services at ac444, you must be at least 21 years of age. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited. If it is found that a member is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may hold only one account. ac444 reserves the right to close all accounts if the same person creates multiple accounts, or if multiple accounts are operated from the same household device or IP address.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance. ac444 may request relevant documentation at any time for identity verification.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your password and account details confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, inform us immediately.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ac444 accepts transactions only through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. These methods are available to all members in Bangladesh. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 per method
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Typical withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
ac444 reserves the right to complete identity verification before a withdrawal request is processed. If any active bonus wagering requirement remains on the account, the withdrawal may not be completed.
3.4 Failed or Delayed Transactions
If a transaction is delayed or fails due to mobile network issues or payment gateway disruptions, please contact the relevant payment provider separately and also notify the ac444 support team.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at ac444, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before you can withdraw the bonus funds.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses may only be used to play games within the platform.
- While one bonus is active, another cannot be combined with it unless specifically stated.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
- ac444 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
4.4 Future Promotions
The specific terms and conditions of each promotional offer will apply to that offer. If there is a conflict between the general terms and a promotion's specific terms, the specific terms will take precedence.
5 VIP Program & Cashback
The ac444 VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is paid each weekend through a designated method. Cashback terms are determined separately and are subject to change.
6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Fair Play Policy
ac444 ensures fair and equal opportunity for all members. No software, bots, scripts, or automated methods that could deceive the system or gain an unfair advantage may be used on the platform.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Any form of cheating, fraud, or system manipulation
- Strategically taking losses with the intent to abuse bonuses
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
- Colluding with other members to gain an unlawful advantage
- Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity
6.3 System Issues
ac444 reserves the right to correct or cancel any reward or credit incorrectly awarded due to a technical error or system disruption. Winnings resulting from a software malfunction will not be considered valid.
6.4 Game Results
All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are verified by a third party. ac444 does not interfere with game results in any way.
7 User Conduct & Responsibilities
While using the ac444 platform, you must treat other members with respect. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at other members or staff
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information
- Attempting to test or breach the platform's security
- Operating an account under another person's identity
- Playing on behalf of a third party or acting as a proxy
Any of the above violations may result in account closure and balance suspension without prior warning.
8 Responsible Gaming & Self-Control
ac444 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial or emotional stress. Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
ac444's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms, applies to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data. ac444 uses SSL encryption to keep all data secure.
Your account information is not sold to any third party. However, it may be necessary to share information under legal obligations or upon request from authorities.
10 Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Closure at the User's Request
Any member may request to close their account at any time. The balance can be withdrawn after all outstanding settlements and verifications have been completed.
10.2 Closure at ac444's Initiative
ac444 may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms
- Providing a false identity or fraudulent information
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent betting
- Suspicious financial activity
- Evidence of being a minor
10.3 Inactive Accounts
ac444 may suspend an account that has been inactive for an extended period with limited notice. The account balance will be preserved during this time.

Each member is personally responsible for any potential losses from gaming. ac444 never guarantees profits from gaming. Online gaming always carries financial risk — stay informed and play within your means.
13 Right to Amend Terms
ac444 reserves the right to change, add to, or revise these Terms at any time. Members will be notified in their account of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after a change will be taken as your agreement to the new terms.
The most recently effective Terms will always be available on this page. Older versions are no longer in effect.
